I was selected to have Dr M as my PCP after having a stroke. At the time I didn???t even have a PCP. They wouldn???t let me out of the hospital until one was assigned to me. I asked for a UCLA dr in Valencia and got the BEST dr anyone could ask for. She really cares about me as a person and my health. I know I can contact her with any questions or concerns.

Dr. M is a great physician, and a great human. She is easy to talk to, listens well, displays genuine empathy, and seems to take a true interest in her patients. One of the challenges for patients, as well as a key factor and physician burnout, is the lack of that personal relationship between patient and provider. Dr Melkonian bridges that gap flawlessly. My wife and I both feel very lucky to have her as our physician.

Wonderful and caring is how I would describe Dr Melkonian. It’s hard to get an appt with her and I can see why. She is awesome. PLEASE don’t let her leave UCLA Santa Clarita! She is attentive and patient and made me feel better. 👍👍👍👍
