My interaction with Dr. Reddy was unpleasant. She didn’t introduce herself or make any effort to create a welcoming or respectful environment. Her tone was harsh, and rather than listening or engaging in a constructive conversation about my concerns, she seemed more interested in arguing. I left the appointment feeling dismissed, disrespected, and more stressed than when I walked in. A doctor’s role is not only to diagnose and treat, but to approach patients with empathy and professionalism—neither of which I experienced here.

Spoke too fast and was hard to follow. I asked her a direct question about whether I could get a blood test without getting a physical and got indirect non-answers. Had to ask her repeatedly (3-4x) and still got not clear explanation. Her bedside manner is lacking.

Dr Reddy was so wonderful! She was very warm and understanding of my fears and concerns. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed in any way. I felt so grateful that everyone, the entire team was so supportive and respectful. I usually get very anxious about medical & dental visits, but I was put at ease right away.
