My whole experience could not have been better. This was my first time visiting Dr. Malconyan and she was very professional, polite and understanding. The staff was wonderful as well. I got there early, they wisked into the appointment early and took care of business. It was wonderful.

My right shoulder has been hurting for about a month now. My primary doctor was off today, but UCLA did find an appointment for me today. Easy parking in Valencia. Check in easy as well. Called back shortly afterwards. Nurse took my vitals and asked questions. Shortly thereafter, Dr Anna M. Melkonyan came in. Asked pertinent questions why I was in today. Went over all my history and medications. My right shoulder has been hurting for the past month. Limited my daily activities. Listened to my lungs, worked with my right arm and gave me recommendations. Scheduled radiology appointment and blood work. Very professional, very thorough and very easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and concerns.
