After arriving 15 minutes early as requested. I had to wait an additional one (1) full hour in the examination room, before the doctor arrived. My time is just as valuable as anyone else. Unacceptable!!!

During my annual physical exam, my doctor did not pay attention to me or listen to my concerns. She only stared at the computer screen and did not look at me once through her plastic face covering and mask.
