She listened to all my concerns and symptoms and though she didn’t know what it was immediately did some quick research and found the likely cause and sent us to the ER for the appropriate diagnostics.

Went to 514 Prospect Ave clinic. Was seen by Dr. Braxton. My Primary Doctor was on vacation. My visit was exceptional. She listened and treated me accordingly for swelling in right parotid gland.

From the moment I walked thru the doors the gentleman sitting at the front desk to the nurse that took my vitals and asked questions and Dr Braxton are all very professional they are all wonderful!! She was very competent, and I'm happy with the care. I must admit that I was initially a little annoyed while she asked me questions about the onset of my issue (a rash), because she cut me off as I explained something pertinent in my history, saying "this is not that", without allowing me to explain why I was mentioning it. However, ultimately she did take time to answer my questions, and I felt comfortable with her diagnosis, treatment, and explanations. She's clearly a good doctor.

The receptionist greeted me and quickly checked me in. I was called in less than five minutes, and the chaperone took my information and reason for coming to Urgent Care. Then she took my vitals and informed me I was seeing Dr. Braxton, who listened to me, examined me and prescribed that I follow up at the ER.

Dr Braxton was so NICE! She completely understood what I was there for and what my needs were. She listened to me and gently corrected me when I thought one of my symptoms was related to cholecystitis (it was actually pancreatitis). I’m a nurse - and I can tell you that she is one of the best!

I spent about 90 minutes in the clinic to have the doctor speak to me a total of 3 minutes (spending majority of the time waiting in the exam room). I performed my own swab/test though the nurse initially set me up and prepared materials for the doctor to examine me. I was never examined and only asked a few questions before being sent on my way. Also the nurse came in and said the doctor requested I move to a different exam room because it would be warmer. Well the second room was actually colder and the doctor still didn’t come in to see me for almost another 20 minutes. Worst experience ever at this location which I’ve always had great experiences there with other doctors and staff. The nurse was doing her best to be helpful but it wasn’t her responsibility though I appreciate her efforts.

The doctor was very nice and helpful she told me about a sports medicine doctor and they are getting me in on Monday. She also started me on an antibiotic I have been to urgent care several times in the past two weeks and no one can help me! She tried some new things and I was very impressed by how much she cared about me

I was a walk in and got in to see the nurse/doc within a very reasonable amount of time. Dr. Braxton put me at ease with her knowledge and confidence. The nurses were very supportive. The office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Braxton kept me updated on my test results throughout the day which meant the world to me!

Never had issues with urgent care until this visit, I requested a work letter from Dr. Braxton. Usually this shows up on MyChart right after my appt. I have called her office 2-3 times, and sent a MyChart msg as well just to get a work note. It shouldn’t be this hard for patients to get a work note. I still haven’t received it! I’m already sick, stressed out and I all I want to do is rest, but I have to keep calling urgent care just to get a doctors note
