I spent about 90 minutes in the clinic to have the doctor speak to me a total of 3 minutes (spending majority of the time waiting in the exam room). I performed my own swab/test though the nurse initially set me up and prepared materials for the doctor to examine me. I was never examined and only asked a few questions before being sent on my way. Also the nurse came in and said the doctor requested I move to a different exam room because it would be warmer. Well the second room was actually colder and the doctor still didn’t come in to see me for almost another 20 minutes. Worst experience ever at this location which I’ve always had great experiences there with other doctors and staff. The nurse was doing her best to be helpful but it wasn’t her responsibility though I appreciate her efforts.

I was able to schedule the appointment right the way. Doctor listen to me careful and asked question I did not think of it. She cover all my concerns. I got tested and the results confirmed my symptoms. I receive antibiotics.

The doctor was very nice and helpful she told me about a sports medicine doctor and they are getting me in on Monday. She also started me on an antibiotic I have been to urgent care several times in the past two weeks and no one can help me! She tried some new things and I was very impressed by how much she cared about me

I was a walk in and got in to see the nurse/doc within a very reasonable amount of time. Dr. Braxton put me at ease with her knowledge and confidence. The nurses were very supportive. The office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Braxton kept me updated on my test results throughout the day which meant the world to me!

Never had issues with urgent care until this visit, I requested a work letter from Dr. Braxton. Usually this shows up on MyChart right after my appt. I have called her office 2-3 times, and sent a MyChart msg as well just to get a work note. It shouldn’t be this hard for patients to get a work note. I still haven’t received it! I’m already sick, stressed out and I all I want to do is rest, but I have to keep calling urgent care just to get a doctors note

Dr. Braxton was abrupt and did not take the time to listen to my concerns regarding pain management. She assumed that I was concerned about pain management after the procedure but my concerns were about pain management during the procedure. I’m not sure if she was busy/rushed that day but, as a UCLA RN, I am aware of the standards we are expected to uphold and she did not demonstrate CICARE.

My experience today was excellent. Dr. Braxton and staff was very attentive to my needs and took the time address my concerns. I did not feel rushed during my time with her, which is rare in my recent experiences. I was truly grateful. Dr. Braxton was very knowledgeable and helped me understand my condition much better. I appreciated the recommended treatment and healthy options. I am really glad that I saw her today. I know I will get better soon. Thanks.

I came in because of a soar throat. The nurse took a throat culture and when the Dr came in she said that I had strep throat and was very emphatic and told me what otc meds I could take for the pain and to gargle with warm salt water.

The outside staff was very nice and attentive. The doctor had a wrong bedside manner, was more worried about her own health. Almost rude to the point when I didn’t remember the nasal spray name I use. She said I had infection in both my ears but never asked me take my mask down and check my throat. First she said she’ll give me a nose spray then changed her mind suddenly.

I went to the clinic without an appointment. I had sharp pain in my left heel when I wailed up this morning. The doctor saw me promptly and gave me the clear explanation of my pain. I am very pleased.

Dr Braxton listened to me carefully, respected what I was saying, covered any questions I had and offered explanations and information. She was interrupted while she was seeing me for an emergency and returned to finish her exam with me completely unflustered and focused on me, spending time with me to make sure I understood her diagnosis and next steps.
