About
Dr. Andrew Mathew is a primary care and immediate care physician who is board certified in family medicine. He cares for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. He sees patients for chronic medical conditions, acute sick visits, annual physicals, specialist coordination, women's health, pre-participation sports clearance, school physicals, immunizations, mental health, and in-office procedures. He serves patients throughout Los Angeles and accepts most insurance plans.
Dr. Mathew earned his medical degree at the University of Miami and completed his residency at UCLA. His clinical interests include global health and preventive medicine. He strives to provide a medical home for patients through evidence-based medicine with access to UCLA's renowned network of specialists and resources.
In his free time, Dr. Mathew enjoys traveling with his wife. He enjoys exploring new cultures and experiencing new cuisines. He also enjoys long walks on the beach with his dog.

Dr. Mathew is an excellent doctor. I have seen him since 2022. He always put his patients first. He is so considerate that he called me up right after he got the test results and informed me of it so I don't have to come into his office for another visit. He would do everything he can to help me and my family. . he has never failed in helping me and my family for our health care needs. Because of his excellency , I referred all my family to him. They all received great care from him! He is also an amazing human being ! I highly recommend him !!

It was my first visit with Dr. Mathew. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable. He asked lots of questions to get a clear indication of the issue. He spent a lot of time with me and listened intently which had not been my experience with my previous primary care physician. I found him to be very personable.
