Dr. Andrew Mathew is a primary care and immediate care physician who is board certified in family medicine. He cares for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. He sees patients for chronic medical conditions, acute sick visits, annual physicals, specialist coordination, women's health, pre-participation sports clearance, school physicals, immunizations, mental health, and in-office procedures. He serves patients throughout Los Angeles and accepts most insurance plans.
Dr. Mathew earned his medical degree at the University of Miami and completed his residency at UCLA. His clinical interests include global health and preventive medicine. He strives to provide a medical home for patients through evidence-based medicine with access to UCLA's renowned network of specialists and resources.
In his free time, Dr. Mathew enjoys traveling with his wife. He enjoys exploring new cultures and experiencing new cuisines. He also enjoys long walks on the beach with his dog.

first, he introduced himself. never underestimate the power of simple manners and kindness. he read what was going on with me before we met so he was prepared. he was kind and empathized with what was going on. he gave me options. i really liked that. explained very well, in regular people talk, what was going on and how I could fix it.

He was efficient friendly knowledgeable and kind. He really listened to my concerns. With a warm demeanor he quickly addressed my concerns. First time I met him but he made it seem like we had known each other for years and it felt like he was genuinely trying to help as opposed to simple check the box and end the appointment to move on to the next. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had on his mind.
