About
Dr. Amy Trang is a rheumatologist practicing at the UCLA Health Burbank and Pasadena clinics. She provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathies, lupus, Sjogren’s syndrome, myositis, vasculitis, gout, and IgG4-related disease. Dr. Trang believes in partnering with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that improve long-term health and quality of life. She is committed to helping patients feel understood and empowered in their care.
Dr. Trang earned her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Michigan. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Rush University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in rheumatology at UCLA. She earned her Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Certification in Rheumatology (RhMSUS) from the American College of Rheumatology.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Trang enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, reading, and staying active.
