Alfreda was vety professional and nice. She explained things that I didn't understand. .i am happy that UCLA hired her. She.was very patient with me..often Since I have a Tumor in.my head often I forget things. She didn't make a big deal about it. She explained that it' comes with getting older. I appreciated her.
