Dr. Chig is professional, but also very nice and positive, and she will listen. Most of the doctors I’ve gone to UCLA are great. I’ve only had one or two that are condescending or don’t listen, but I recommended Dr. Chig to a couple of my friends on the same insurance. I appreciate that she is trying to work through issues and questions that I have and trying to get me back on track. I hadn’t been up-to-date on everything for the last couple of years so it’s nice to feel like I’m taking care of things.

Dr. Chig took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I didn’t feel like I had to advocate for myself at all because she was so receptive to discussing my symptoms and overall health. With my previous physician I didn’t feel heard or cared for so I was feeling nervous to go through that again but within minutes of the appointment starting I knew I was in good hands.
