She’s kind, warm and compassionate, she listens to all of my concerns, she’s not dismissive or arrogant, rather she’s professional and intelligent with her feedback and provides a sensible and reassuring plan of action for treatment and next steps. I trust her fully with my medical treatment and I’m so grateful to have her support and care.

Though I had seen Dr. Chig once or twice previously, when my regular PCP was not available, and liked her very much, yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Chig as my new primary care provider. I'm so very very happy to now be her patient! Dr. Chig is SMART, warm, friendly, personable,knowledgeable and very communicative! She LISTENS. Wonderful, wonderful doctor. She's restored my faith in the medical profession on general, and in TLHC in particular.

Dr. Chig is professional, but also very nice and positive, and she will listen. Most of the doctors I’ve gone to UCLA are great. I’ve only had one or two that are condescending or don’t listen, but I recommended Dr. Chig to a couple of my friends on the same insurance. I appreciate that she is trying to work through issues and questions that I have and trying to get me back on track. I hadn’t been up-to-date on everything for the last couple of years so it’s nice to feel like I’m taking care of things.
