Vice President of Business Development, H-Wave

Jim Heaney Jr. is Vice President of Business Development and a part owner of H-Wave, a family-founded medical technology company based in Southern California. With over 30 years of experience in the organization, Jim has led business expansion efforts nationwide, navigating the workers’ compensation systems in more than 20 states and spearheading strategic litigation to protect the H-Wave brand and intellectual property.

H-Wave was created by Jim’s father, a Vietnam veteran, and under Jim’s leadership the company has maintained a strong commitment to serving veterans and active-duty military personnel. He has partnered with numerous Veteran Service Organizations and supports philanthropic initiatives that align with this mission.

Outside of his professional role, Jim remains actively involved in his local community. He coaches youth soccer and serves as a Den Leader for a Cub Scout pack in Huntington Beach. His leadership experience, strategic insight, and commitment to service make him a valuable addition to any board.
