Claudia Miller, PhD
Dr. Claudia Miller was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated with her bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Instrumentation from Wayne State University. Dr. Miller received both her master's and PhD from UCLA in Physics & Biology in Medicine through the David Geffen School of Medicine.
While pursuing her doctorate, she worked with Dr. Daniel Low on the development and implementation of a motion-compensated CT reconstruction algorithm, 5DCT. Her work primarily focused on the direct comparison of this novel method to the current clinical standard in order to refine and validate the protocol for clinical implementation. Dr. Miller is passionate about continuing to bring cutting edge technology to the clinic to better the patient experience and, most importantly, improve treatment outcomes.
