Patient Care

Our faculty members are engaged in diagnosing and treating patients with infections. We provide consultation services to help manage infections both in-patient and out-patient settings. We specialize in the care of general medical and surgical patients, departing or returning travelers, transplant and other immuno-compromised patients, and people infected with HIV.

Fellowship Program

We offer two training tracks. Our Academic Research track that provides fellows a longitudinal, mentored research training experience that will prepare them for careers as independently-funded investigators. Our Clinical Scholar track is a two-year program that is structured for fellows who aspire to more clinically-oriented careers in general and transplant infectious diseases, HIV medicine, viral hepatitis, public health, epidemiology, antibiotic stewardship, and infection control.
