Scientific Interests

Dr. Ashley E. Prosper's research focuses on improving the early detection of lung cancer including: improving non-invasive approaches to distinguishing benign from malignant indeterminate pulmonary nodules on CT chest imaging, understanding the general health and psychological barriers to lung cancer screening faced by high risk current and former smokers and improving reconstruction techniques for low dose chest CT lung screening exams.
