Scientific Interests
Dr. Corey Arnold's lab investigates the application of machine learning techniques to multi-modal data sets, including both radiology and whole slide images. They develop methods to provide increased quantification of imaging data, enabling more precise characterizations of disease. They seek to learn relationships across multiple scales of information with the goal of discovering novel phenotypes predictive of progression, treatment response and outcome.
