Roasted Carrot Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh carrots
  • 1–2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash and cut carrots into fry-like shapes.
  3. Toss carrots in a bowl with olive oil and salt.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with nutritional yeast or seasonings (smoked paprika, dill, onion powder, black pepper).
