Roasted Carrot Fries

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh carrots
- 1–2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash and cut carrots into fry-like shapes.
- Toss carrots in a bowl with olive oil and salt.
- Arrange in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Optional: Sprinkle with nutritional yeast or seasonings (smoked paprika, dill, onion powder, black pepper).
